A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE ALLOCATION
OF $15,000 OF PER CAPITA 2000 PARK BOND FUNDS
FROM THE CITY OF VERNON AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF THESE FUNDS "
WHEREAS, from time to time, the Crty of Lynwood park facilities benefit the
residents of the city of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon desires to compensate the City of Lynwood for
its residents' use of Lynwood park facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon has indicated that it would allocate $15,000 of its
Per Capita 2000 Park Bond Funds to the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, Crty Council of the Crty of Lynwood desires to use these funds 1n
the construction of the Ham Park Youth Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Crty Council of the Crty of
Lynwood as follows•
Section 1: That the City of Lynwood accepts the allocation of $15,000 of Per
Capita 2000 Park Bond Funds from the Crty of Vernon. -
Section 2: That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the
following appropriation and transfer of said funds

TO
Ham Park Youth Center Project
Account 5-5205-4220
$15,000
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon rts adoption.
