A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE ALAMEDA STREET WATER MAIN UPGRADE PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 5-5250, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted resolution 2001.012
authorizing the purchase of professional and contractual services for the
Alameda Street Water Main Upgrade Project, Project No 5-5225 through an
informal bid procedure, and
WHEREAS, the Alameda Street Water Main Upgrade project
number was changed from 05-5225 to 05-5250; and
WHEREAS; the project started on April 23, 2001, and was
completed on June 4, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $280,810.10; and
WHEREAS,. staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Alameda Street Water
Main Upgrade Project, Project No. 5-5250, as being complete.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
OCTOBER ,2001.
