A RESOLUTION OF THE THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND LARRY M. HATHORN
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is a general law city located in the County of
Los Angeles, and organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws and constitution
of the State of California; and

HEREAS, Larry M. Hathorn is a real estate developer and consultant of 25
years standing who currently serves as Brownsfield Project Manager for the City and as
such has raised over $10 Million Dollars in grants for the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, The City wishes to .make use of services such as these to have Mr.
Hathorn to continue to supervise the Brownfield development work, apply for additional
grants, supervise existing grants and search out additional Brownsfield financing
opportunities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached
agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
