CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. U - ,24
SAARI SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Albert Saari has requested approval of his
subdivision application for property at 3132 Tamarack Drive in
the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Albert Saari Subdivision application to
divide the following described property:
See legal attached
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivider shall enter into a Private Road
Agreement as approved by the City Attorney.
(2) The subdivision shall conform in all respects to
plans submitted to the City of Medina.
(3) The subdivider agrees that no further subdivision of
Lots A and B as designated on plans filed with the
City will be permitted.
(4) The owners of the property will grant to the City
a 30 foot easement along the northerly property line
for road and utility purposes on Tamarack Drive.
(5) The subdivider shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.
