Barnstable County Proposed Ordinance No . 17-09

On June 21 , 2017, at 4 : 15 p .m. , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on
Proposed County Ordinance 17- 09 : To reduce the County ' s operating budget for FY2017, as
enacted in Ordinance No . 16 -06, by a transfer and appropriation to the Special Projects Reserve
Fund of $ 190 , 080 in the Fiscal Year two -thousand and seventeen,
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates, First
District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA,
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . Written comments may also
be. submitted at the hearing, faxed 'to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530 , e-mailed to the office
(aofd a barnstablecoiunty. org) , or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA 026309

town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
