WHEREAS, The Mayor and the City Council of the City of
Moab, by resolution, set the mill levy at 10.0 mills and the
anticipated receipt of property taxes at $145,000.00, and;
WHEREAS, the Utah State Tax Commission has lowered the
assessed value of property listed on the Moab City tax rolls;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mill levy remain
at 10.0 mills for the General Fund and the anticipated receipt
of property tax be lowered to $135,000.00.
