If you have not received information regarding the renewal, please feel free to contact Captaris directly. Please disregard this reminder if you have already renewed the support plan. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you can please let me know if you plan to renew the maintenance, I would appreciate it. If you are renewing, we will need to receive payment by September 30th to avoid any lapse in support.
