Dear Conchita,
This reminder letter is being sent to you to let you know your Alchemy Software Support Maintenance Renewal expires
in September 2007.
If you have not received information regarding the renewal, please feel free to contact Captaris directly. Please disregard this
reminder if you have already renewed the support plan. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you can please let me know if you plan to renew the maintenance, I would appreciate it. If you are renewing, we will need
to receive payment by September 30th to avoid any lapse in support. If this is not going to be renewed, please let me know so
we can update our records and we will no longer send reminders regarding this account.
Please note: Any support plan renewed more than 90 days after the expiration date will be subject to additional late renewal
fees.
