There being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 P.M. ATTEST: ? �e Village Glerk July 7, 1977 PUBLIC HEARING July 21, 1977 Mayor The second Public Hearing for consideration of changes in the Zoning Ordinance affecting the Oceanfront District was held Thursday July 21, 1977 at 5:15 P.M. in the Council Chambers. Present were: Messrs Beatty, Davis, Printup and Taplin. Absent were: Mr. Krez Also present were Fred Maley, Village Manager and Mary Wetterer, Village Clerk. Mr. Maley said that the Hearing Notice had been published and reviewed the proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance with the Council and those present for the Hearing. Several residents complained about the unfinished building at "101" and it was suggested that they put this in writing and Mr. Maley will check with the Village Attorney to see what can be done about situations such as this. After discussion of the ramifications of the changes, on motion of Mr, Davit, seconded by Mr. Taplin and voted the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M. ATTEST: Village Clerk July 21, 1977
