CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, LITIGATION AND REAL PROPERTY PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 6:30 PM PUBLIC SESSION (Room 215) 2.PUBLIC FORUM Residents are invited to share ideas, opinions or ask questions regarding town government. 6:45 PM CONSENT AGENDA 3. i. PUBLIC SESSION MINUTES (ACTION) The Board will consider approving the following public session minutes: 6/19/12 and 7/24/12. ii. GIFTS TO THE TOWN (ACTION) The Board will accept a $20.00 gift to the Ambulance Fund on behalf of Flora Busconi. iii. PARADE PERMIT REQUEST (ACTION) The Board will consider the Hopkinton Running Club’s request for a parade permit to host their annual “Run Around Hopkinton Marathon Relay” on October 6, 2012. Click here for a map, schedule and links. Police Chief Rick Flannery and Fire Chief Ken Clark endorses this request. Land Use & Permitting Director, Elaine Lazarus, and DPW Director, John Westerling, have no comment on this request. Building Inspector Chuck Kadlik has no issues with their request. iv. JIMMY FUND WALK PERMIT AMENDMENT (ACTION) The Board will consider a request from Police Chief Rick Flannery to amend the permit issued on March 20, 2012 by the Board to include the conditions for the road race. 7:00 PM LIAISON REPORTS 4.For Board liaison assignments, click here. Page 1 7:10 PM PUBLIC HEARING: NSTAR UTILITY REQUEST (ACTION) 5.The board will consider a petition from NSTAR Electric Company for location Conduits and Manholes on Legacy Farm Road approximately 55 feet from Clinton Street. 7:30 PM BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE REQUEST (ACTION) 6. The Board will consider the Treasurer's request for a Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) in the total amount of $1,683,339 for various capital improvement projects. 7:40 PM CROSSFIT INTRODUCTION (DISCUSSION) 7.Tim Kilduff will introduce a new business owner in town to the Board. 7:50 PM CHIEFS’ FY13 GOALS 8.The Board will discuss the Fire and Police Chiefs’ FY13 goals. 8:20 PM FUTURE BOARD AGENDA ITEMS 9. 8:25 PM TOWN MANAGER’S REPORT 10. 8:30 PM ADJOURN 11.
