RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF THE HAMEL WELL AND WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, by Resolution passed on the 23rd day of August,
1983, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment for the cost of the construction of a water well
and appurtenances to serve Sections 11 and 12, Township 118,
Range 23, Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the City Council
that the proposed assessment has been completed and filed in
her office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 20th day of September,
1983, in the City Hall at 2052 County Road 24, in the
City of Medina, at 8:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvements will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess-
ment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published
once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing therein stating the total costs of the
improvement. The Clerk is further directed to cause
mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment role not less than two weeks
prior to the hearing.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member 5.-AerL { and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
