O .3- -3 7" RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A BOAT TRAILER SALES BUSINESS IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, George Hansen has requested approval of a conditional use permit for boat trailer sales at his resi- dence at 2782 Willow Road in the City of Medina; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 12, 1983 and recommended approval of the conditional use permit.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that a conditional use permit be granted to George Hansen for boat trailer sales at 2782 Willow Road, based upon the plans submitted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The trailer sales shall be confined to parcel B of the plans which were submitted; 2. That Lots A, B and C as shown on the plans submitted be combined into a single parcel of real estate for zoning and subdivision purposes; 3. That the applicant dedicate a street and utility easement 30 fe+3t in width easterly of the centerline along Willow Road; 4. No outside storage of materials which are related to the boat trailer sales shall be permitted on parcels A, B or C; 5. Notwithstanding the previous provision, permission is granted for the outside storage of one boat trailer which is used for personal and occasional business use; 6. That no motor vehicles be parked on the Willow Drive right-of-way at any point and that no motor vehicles be parked on parcel B to the north of the north line of the structure on parcel B; 7. That no materials of any kind be parked on the Willow Drive right-of-way; 8. That the parking area to be used in connection withthe boat trailer sales business be established and designated subject to the approval of the Zoning Administrator; 9. That the applicant aydto the City administrative fees in the amount of $ el, .
