CALL TO ORDER
The July 18, 2008, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Crane, Ferguson, Klindt, and Koon
Absent: Harvey, Layton, Medin, and Penfold
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Announcements: City Administrator Steve Rasmussen announced that a public forum will
be held Monday, July 21 at 1:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers to hear a presentation by
Garfield -Traub on the status of the conference center project. Mayor John Landwehr asked
him if he could check with JCTV to see if someone from there could come and record it, not
necessarily to broadcast it live, but to be played back at later times.
The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
