CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 83 ,9
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE VROOMAN DAY CARE CENTER
WHEREAS, Sandra Vrooman has requested the approval of a
day care center at 1475 Blackfoot Trail in the City of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, a site plan has been submitted by Ms. Vrooman
together with a statement of principles and conditions of
proposed operation, which shall be kept on file with the City
Clerk and which are made a part hereof by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina, that approval is hereby given to Sandra
Vrooman for a day care center at 1475 Blackfoot Trail in the
City of Medina, subject to the following conditions:
1. The day care center shall be operated in confor-
mance with State, County and local laws and regulations;
2. Attendance at the day care center is limited to
twenty school children;
3. The area approved by this Resolution for a day care
center shall be as set forth on the site plan and
accompanying statement of principles constituting,
among other things, the ground floor of the dwelling
at 1475 Blackfoot Trail constituting approximately
861 square feet;
4. The hours of operation of the day care center shall
be 7 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. each day, excluding
Saturdays and Sundays;
5. The septic system on the property shall be cleaned
and pumped not less than annually and at any time
the Building Inspector of the City of Medina shall
determine that such pumping and cleaning is neces-
sary;
6. Fenced areas shall be provided in locations approved
by the Zoning Administrator;
7. All safety features outlined in the statement of
principles accompanying the application shall be
provided;
8. Sufficient parking area constructed of materials
approved by the Zoning Administrator shall be pro-
vided for eight automobiles;
9. That administrative costs be paid in an amount
determined by the Zoning Administrator.
