APPROVING THE PAINTER CREEK UPPER WATERSHED
STORAGE AND RETENTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District has prepared plans
for storage and retention of water from the Painter Creek Area, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina agrees that there is a need for the project,
now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina approves of the concept
of the plan, that has been presented, and urge that the Lake Minnetonka
Conservation District proceed with the project.
