A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHgRIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND MYBAR
PRINTING, INC. FOR PRIINTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, as a result of the concern to have more printed information
. Disseminated to the Lynwood community, Lynwood `n Perspective has been published
for seven yeazs,. and
WHEREAS, Lynwood `n Perspective features timely information about city
services, programs. and events that is beneficial to the entire community; and
WHEREAS, Mybaz Printing, Inc..over the past two years, has printed the City's
monthly newsletter, Lynwood `n Perspective rendering exceptional quality printing
services to the' City; and
WHEREAS, Mybaz Printing, Inc. proposed to print Lynwood `n Perspective (12
issues) at no increase in cost for fiscal yeaz 2000/2001, amounting to a cost. not to exceed
$ 27,456:00.
NOW THEREFORE; the City Council does hereby resolve,, order and determine as
follows:
Section 1. The City- Council does hereby authorize entering into an renewed
agreement between the City of Lynwood and Mybaz Printing, Inc. for printing. twelve
issues of the City's monthly newsletter for a total cost nat to exceed $27,456.00:
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
