RESOLUTION NO. 13_ -/a a..
RESOLUTION REQUESTING ESTIMATION OF COSTS FROM MWCC
FOR REHABILITATION OF PORTION OF HAMEL SEWER
WHEREAS, the City of Medina deems it necessary to replace
several segments of the sewer line along Highway 55 in the City of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission is in the
final stages of planning and specification development for a sewer
line to intercept with sewer lines in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the City request from the Metropolitan Waste
Control Commission an estimation of costs for engineering services
to design the rehabilitation work along the sewer line south of
Highway 55 from MH 4 to MH 8B in accordance with plans submitted
by the City Engineer.
