A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO LEASE
AGREEMENTS FOR REGENCY OUTDOOR ADVERTISING,
j ~ INC. .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of .Lynwood approved two (2) lease
agreements with Regency Outdoor Advertising, Ihc. on November 6, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Lynwood. did pursuant to law, conduct
a Special City Council Meeting on November 19, 2001 and considered amended lease
agreements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood carefully considered all
proposed changes to the amended lease agreements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed amendments to
the lease agreemehts are acceptable.
Section 1. The Lynwood City Council hereby finds and determines as follows:
A. The amended lease. agreements are consistent with the objectives, goals
' and the development policies of the City of Lynwood.
B. The amended lease agreements will provide the City with an opportunity
to obtain tenant/landlord revenue, sales taxes, and/or franchise fees.
` C. The amended lease agreements will not adversely affect the public health,
' safety, or general welfare.
D. The amended lease agreements comply with all provisions set forth in the
Lynwood Municipal Code and other applicable laws.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood, based upon the
,. aforementioned findings and determinations hereby approves the amended lease
agreements for .Regency Outdoor Advertising, Inc.

Section 3. The. City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution and to cause it to be published or posted as required by law.
