A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
DESIGNATION OF THE INTERSECTION OF
CEDAR AVENUE AND ALPINE AVENUE AS A
THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
__ , 1NHEREAS, staff received local residents' request to designate the
intersection of Cedar Avenue and Alpine Avenue as a three-way stop
--- intersection; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the necessary traffic study and found
that said designation. was. warranted, and
WHEREAS, .the Traffic, Parking and Public Safety Commission
reviewed said traffic study and concurred with staffs recommendation. to
designate said intersection as a three-way ..intersection

NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows
Section 1 That the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Alpine
,Avenue be designated as a three-way stop intersection
Section 2 That the City Traffic Engineer is authorized to erect the
necessary signs for said .intersection
Section 3 This resolution shall take effect .immediately upon its.-
adoption ,.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
