A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITE' COUNCIL AUTHORIZING TH_ E
CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE ATTACHED AGREEMENTS FOR THE
REQUEST PARTNER SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZE THE CITE' MA\AGER TO
IDENTIFl' AND ALLOCATE FUNDS TO MEET THE CITY'S ,
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION RELATIVE TO THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is desirous to increase the quality of life in the
City through the implementation of various technological applications, and.
WHEREAS, The City has identified a new Service Request system, Request
Partner,. a software. application that allows access for employees and residents via the
Internet with 24/7~access, and
WHEREAS, Request Partner would enhance the efficiency of the current
Service Request process including generation of comprehensive,. routine or customized
reports, which can be used in bofh the planning and budgeting process
NOW, TH€REFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY.FIND, .PROCLAIM,, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to carry out any
necessary transactions as so ordered by this resolution
Section 2. That the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign the
attached agreements for the Request Partner system
Section 3. That the City Council' authorize the City Manager to identify and
allocate funds from various City of Lynwood and Lynwood. Information Inc accounts to
meet the City's financial obligations .relative to the.agreement.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
