Board of Assessors Meeting
February 15 , 2017
Members Present : Belinda Eyestone , Howard Hayes and Diane Salomon
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr . Hayes called the meeting to order at 5 : 40 p . m .
New Business :
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the December 14 , 2016 and January 17 ,
2017 meetings
The Board voted unanimously to transfer $ 300 , 000 to the Overlay Surplus account
The Board voted unanimously to approve the Clause 17D application of Steven and
Elizabeth Baty, of 145 Stony Brook Road, because their income was too high for the 41 C
exemption.
The Board voted unanimously to approve the Clause 4 1 A deferral application of Andrew
McKinney, of 403 Underpass Road, in the amount of 1 , 547 . 12 .
Mr . Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2017 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement applications . . Ms . Eyestone seconded . Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 6 ; 00 . Hayes -yes , Eyestone-yes , Salomone-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 6 : 35 .
Ms . Eyestone moved to adjourn the meeting at 6A5 p . m . Mr . Hayes seconded, and it passed
3 - 0 .

Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 6 : 00 p . m .
in the Assessors Office .
Present : Assessors Hayes , Salomone and Eyestone , and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate and Personal Property
Abatement Applications .
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications , in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 1 .
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Personal Property Abatement Application, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list
attached hereto as Addendum 2 .
Ms . Eyestone moved to adjourn Executive Session . Mr . Hayes seconded . Roll call vote was
unanimous to adjourn . Eyestone -yes , Hayes -yes , Salomone-yes
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6 : 35 .
