RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
T.R.A. ADDITION
WHEREAS, T.R.A., a Minnesota general partnership, has
requested approval of the plat of T.R.A. Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina that .final plat approval is given to the
said T.R.A. Addition subject to the following conditions:
1. Final plat approval is subject to the recommendations of
the City Engineer set forth in the Engineer's letter of

2. Final plat approval is subject to the provisions of the
Medina Platting Code;
3. Final plat approval is subject to the conveyance by the
applicant to the City of Medina of an easement for a
frontage road at a 1pcation within the southerly 350
feet (as measured atright angles to State Highway
Number 55) of lot 3, T.R.A. Addition, on a form accep-
table to the City Attorney;
4. Final plat approval is subject to the execution by the
applicant of a Subdivision Agreement in a form acceptable
to the City Attorney;
5. Final plat approval is subject to the applicant providing
the City Attorney with a certified copy of the Articles
of Partnership of T.R.A., a Minnesota general partnership;
6. Final plat approval is subject to the applicant paying
administrative costs incurred by the City in the processing
of the application in the amount of $ 40 be_ de..LE v M lelC d
7. Final plat approval is subject to the applicant paying a
Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $ 6078.5. pp.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Subdivision Agreement
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference
is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Subdivision
Agreement.
