RESOLUTION NO. 99-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL APPROVING
FINAL MAP NO. 98-083 (TRUCKEE DONNER TOWNHOMES)
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Town Engineer and Town Planner that Final
Map No. 98-083 for the Truckee Donner Townhomes has been reviewed and approved as
conforming with the Tentative Map; and that the Map complies with the Subdivision Map Act
and local ordinance, all conditions of approval have been met, and that the map is technically
correct; and
WHEREAS, the Map makes no Offer of Dedication for public property or easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE, Final Map No. 98-083(TDT) is hereby approved and the Mayor, the
Town Engineer, and the Town Surveyor are authorized to sign said Final Map as directed herein
and provided by law.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town Council, held
on the 17t~ day of June, 1999, by Councilmember Schneider who moved its adoption, which
motion being duly seconded by Councilmember Florian was upon roll call carded and the
Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Drake, Florian, McCormack, Schneider & Mayor Susman
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
