A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD GRANTING CERTAIN EASEMENT ON CITY-
, OWNED PROPERTIES TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY FOR UTILITY PURPOSES '
WHEREAS, the City approved:the development of a new single family home at
~ ~ 2723 109``' Street, and

WHEREAS, the City requires the under grounding of all utilrties at said
.development, and ~ ,
WHEREAS, to provide underground eTectncal power to said. development
Southern California Edison Company rs requesting a utility easement located ~on two city-owned
parcels abutting said development; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that .the granting, of said easement rs necessary
and would not adversely affect the remainder of the city-owned properties
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Crty of Lynwood does hereby find,
procTarm, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 That the City Council grants a utility easement to Southern California
Edison Company as described below
THE SOUTHERLY 6 00 FEET OF LOTS 5 AND 6; BLOCK 4 OF TRACT •5418, AS
SHOWN~ON MAP FILED IN BOOK 59, PAGE 42 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF
! ~ "THE COUNTY RECORDER OF .SAID COUNTY, EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT
PORTION OF SAID LOT 6 LYING WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SANTA-FE

Section 2 That this resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
