A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER $100,000
OF UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO THE
ALAMEDA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT
NO.OS-5221
WHEREAS, the City and the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority
(ACTA) has executed` a MOU relative to the Alameda Corridor Project; and .
WHEREAS,. said MOU requires the Crty to provide construction
administration for the portion of street improvement work within city boundary limits;.
and
WHEREAS, the estimate value for such services is $100,000, and
WHEREAS, the Crty Council, at the meeting of July 17, 2001, authorized
the .Director of Public Works to sign a Purchase Order Agreement with the service
providers; and '
WHEREAS, the project construction is m progress, and
. WHEREAS, the cost incurred by the Crty shall be fully reimbursed by
ACTA, and ,
WHEREAS, funds are needed to cover cost incurred for administrative
and inspection services; and '
WHEREAS, funds are available m the General Fund.
NOW,. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1 That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
make the following fund appropriation and transfer

Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
