RESOLUTION NO. 2002.002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER $124,460 OF
" UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS TO THE BULLIS ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO OS-5138

WHEREAS, the Bullis Road Improvement Project, Project No. OS-5138 is
scheduled for completion in FY 2001-2002; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in the project account' for improvement
completed for the City of Compton's section of roadway and' additional necessary roadway
construction; and
,, . .: WHEREAS, the City of Compton .has agreed .to reimburse the City of Lynwood
for their share of the improvements on Bullis Road; and ~ ~`~
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood will receive additional STP funds to cover
added construction costs from Caltrans; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the General Fund.
NOW,'THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriations and transfers• '
