A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD '
RATIFYING'THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND
BRENDA J. PETERSON & ASSOCIATES FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN/LAYOUT
SERVICES a ,

WHEREAS, by adopting Resolution 2001.131 on October 26, 2001,. the City
Council approved the agreement between the City of Lynwood and Brenda J: Peterson.&
Associates for graphic designLlayout services relative to the Lynwood `n Perspective
newsletter; acid
WHEREAS, in the agreement the cost to layout and design 12 issues ,
Lynwood `n`Perspective is $13,500 00; and

WHEREAS, after Crty Council's approval and during the signature process the
agreement was misplaced and therefore is presently without signatures; and

WHEREAS, to execute the agreement and proceed with services provided for in it
the appropriate signatures must be obtained. '
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve, order and determine
as follows:
Section, l . ,The City Council does hereby ratify the'agreement
between the City of Lynwood and,Brenda J. Peterson & Associates for the graphic .design
services for the City's newsletter at a total cost not to exceed $13,500.00
Section 2. .This. resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED,. AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2002.
