RESOLUTION NO. 2002.017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O'F LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE STREET "IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, REDWOOD AVENUE,
WEBER AVENUE, SPRUCE STREET AND PEAR STREET, PROJECT NO. 5-
5238, AS BEING COMPLETE

- ~ WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Ali American
.Asphalt, ~forthe Street Improvement Protect Redwood Avenue, Weber Avenue,
Spruce'Street and Pear Street, Project No 05-5238, and
WHEREAS, the project started on November 13, 2001, and was
completed on December 20, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $249,664.21, and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on January 7, 2002
and found that all work has been completed- satisfactorily m accordance with the ,
project plans and specifications
'NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
.Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement
Project; Redwood Ave ,Weber Ave ,Spruce St. and Pear St. Project No 05-
5238, as being complete and in accordance with contract documents
Section 2 This resolution. shall go into effect immediately. upon its
adoption.. `
