A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE WATER,MAINLINE
REPLACEMENT PROJECTS, PROJECT NOS 5-5180 AND
5-5225, AS BEING COMPLETE AND COMMENDING THE
YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Water Mainline Replacement Projects were listed m the Capital
Improvement Projects, and
WHEREAS, these projects started on fiscal year 1995-96, and were completed on
February 21,.2002; and
WHEREAS, the total projects' construction cost was $ 3,697,386; and

WHEREAS, staff inspected these projects, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the scope of these projects.
WHEREAS, the Youth Training Program under these projects has been of
considerable benefit to the trainees involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council,of the. City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1 -That the Crty Council accepts the Water Mainline Replacement
Projects, Project Nos. 5-5180 and 5-5225, as being complete and commends the youth training
program.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
