A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE.AMENDMENT
' ~ TO THE CONTRACTUAL SERVICES CONTRACT
AGREEMENT WITH DAPEER, ROSENBLIT, AND
' LITVAK, LLP, FOR CITY PROSECUTOR SERVICES IN
SUPPORT OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1998, the City of Lynwood (City) entered-.into an
agreement with Dapeer, Rosenblit and Lifvak, LLP (Contractor) which set forth the
terms and conditions for the services of the City Prosecutor Services, and
WHEREAS, the City is satisfied with services provided by Contractor and
wishes to extend.. the services agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the extension
of the service contract with Dapeer, Rosenblit and Litvak LLP until June 30, .2003
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the amendment to the
Services Contract Agreement.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon, its adoption

- AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTUAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
~~ CITY PROSECUTOR SERVICES WITH
"~ DAPEER, ROSENBLIT AND LITVAK, -LLP
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood, hereinafter called Clty, and Dapeer,
Rosenblit and Litvak, LLP, hereinafter called Contractor,. have entered into
,. certain services agreement, dated March 5, 2002, which Agreement sets forth
~ the. terms and conditions.for the services of Dapeer, Rosenblit and Litvak,
LLP,. and -
WHEREAS, the City is satisfied with the services provided by Contractor
• and wishes to extend the Services Agreement; and .
` WHEREAS, Contractor is willing to continue providing services to the City
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and
agreements hereinafter~contained, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows
1 The terms of this Agreement is extended to June 30, 2003
2 City shall compensate Contractor at a rate of $105/hour for
contractual services to be received through June 30, 2002
3 City shall compensate Contractor at a rate of $125/hour for
contractual services to be received between July 1, 2002 and June
30, 2003
~~~ 4. In the event of any termination of this Agreement by the City,. the
. '~` Contractor shall be entitled to rio other compensation except in
accordance with their original contract dated November 10, 1998
. 5 All other terms and conditions of said Agreement and amendments
remain unchanged
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Services
