A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2003-42
A RESOLUTION SELLING SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE TONVN OF RUSSELLVILLE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2003 -42 contained information regarding the year and Vehicle
Identification Number of the Crown Victoria which was to be transferred to the'rown of Russellville; and
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Police Department wished to replace that vehicle with a different
vehicle.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE hereby amends
Resolution No. 200342 by replacing the incorrect information with the following:
1998 Ford Crown Victoria
VIN# 2FAFP71 WX WX166012
NOW THEREFORE be it further ordained that all other terms contained in Resolution No. 2003-
42 shall remain in full force and effect.
