CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. gi -
LEEDS MAPLE RIDGE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, John C. Leeds ("subdivider") has requested
approval of a subdivision application for property at 1420
Tamarack Drive in the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots of 5.50
acres and 6.24 acres and a road outlet of 3.17 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Medina that the John C. Leeds Subidivision
application to divide the following described property:
Lot 1, Lot 2 and Outlot A of Leeds Maple
Ridge Subdivision, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
according to the plat thereof on file or of
record in the Office of the Register of Deeds
in and for said County,
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions;
1. That the subdivider shall enter into a Private Road
Agreement as approved by the City Attorney.
2. That the subdivision shall conform in all respects to
the final plat, to the minutes of the City Council at which
the application for plat approval was considered, and to
the Medina Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.
3. That the subdivider will grant to the City an easement
of thirty-three feet along the western portion of the road
outlet for road and utility purposes on Tamarack Drive.
4. That the subdivides will pay a Park Dedication Fee in
the amount of $ /$3,5,4 for the lot of 6.24 acres.
