RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the law enables elected officials of cities to
be covered; and
WHEREAS, THE City Council's intent is that its' members
be included as employees;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that City Council Members of
the City of Medina be covered by the Minnesota Workers'
Compensation Law.
