CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
GULLICKSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Fritz Gullickson has requested approval of his sub-
division application for property at: 242 Medina Road in the
City of Medina, which is legally described on Exhibit E attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create four lots as follows:
Lot A, 10.11 acres, exclusive of roads
Lot B, 10.98 acres, exclusive of roads
Lot C, 13.45 acres, exclusive of roads
Lot D, 20.77 acres, exclusive of roads.
The legal description of said lots are attached as Exhibits A,
B, C, and D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA that the Fritz Gullickson application to divide
the property described in Exhibit E is hereby approved subject
to the following conditions:
1. That the owners of the subject property grant
to the City easements for road and utility pur-
poses in accordance with the plans submitted to
the City of Medina. The legal descriptions of
said easements shall be provided by the appli-
cant and shall be approved by the City Engineer.
2. Lot C of said subdivision consisting of 5.12
acres north of Medina Road and 8.33 acres south
of Medina Road shall be considered one lot. The
existence of the 60 foot road easement on said
lot shall not be claimed as a hardship in the
future for further subdivision of said lot. Any
further subdivision of Lot C must meet with City
approval and satisfy all City ordinances.
3. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to
plans submitted to the City of Medina, and con-
ditions of approval set by the City Council.
4. The subdivider shall conform in all respects to
the Medina Zoning Code and Subdivision Regula-
tions.
