RESOLUTION NO. 84-10
RESOLUTION RECEIVING A REPORT AND CALLING FOR
A HEARING ON THE HAMEL SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council dated
April 3, 1984, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates, Inc. describing the rehabilitation of the
Hamel Sewer Line in Sections 11 and 12, Township 118, Range 23
abutting on the following streets:
Brockton Lane
Hamel Road
Hunter Drive
Comanche Trail
Hickory Drive
Co. Road 116
Mill Street
Elm Creek Drive;
Highway 55
Sioux Drive
Pinto Drive
Kilkenny Lane
Tower Drive
Highway 101
Evergreen Road
WHEREAS, the report of the consulting engineer dated April 17,
1984, was received by the City Council on April 17, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of the Hamel Sewer
Line in accordance with the report of the consulting engineer
and the assessment of benefitting property for all or a por-
tion of the costs of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats.
Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $250,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on
May 15, 1984, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers at
2052 County Road 24 in the City of Medina, and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve-
ment/as required by law.
