A Resolution correcting Ordinance 3-81, an Ordinance estabilish-
ing the schedule of fees for the City of Moab Building Code.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Moab adopted Ord-
inance No. 3-81 establishing the schedule of fees for the City
of Moab Building Code,
WHEREAS, certain paragraphs of the Ordinance contain typo-
graphical errors requiring immediate correction,
NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved that paragraphs 1, 2, 5, 6,
7 and 19 be amended to read:
1. Dwellings and Duplex Type V Construction
Fee: $.095 Sq. Ft. Finished Floor Area
$.115 Sq. Ft. With Basement
Valuation: $24.00 Sq. Ft. Without Basement
$28.00 Sq. Ft. With Basement
2. Apartment Houses

RESOLUTION NO. 82-2
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF CITY
ADMINISTRATOR/RECORDER.
WHEREAS, elected and statutory officers should
be fairly compensated for their time and expenses,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the yearly
compensation for the position of City Administrator/Recorder
shall be $24,000 annually.
This Resolution shall become effective on the 3rd
day of March, 1982.
