HomeMy Public PortalAbout1984-011r Resolution No. CITY OF MEDINA Resolution Approving the Alignment and plans and specifications of the Medina Interceptor within the City of MEDINA Whereas, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission plans to construct a major sanitary sewer interceptor in the City of MEDINA and Ighereas, the a lignment of this major Interceptor, has been reviewed by the City .of MEDINA , and Whereas, the plans and specifications for the interceptor have also been reviewed by the City of MEDINA Now therefore, Be It Resolved that the MEDINA City Council hereby approves the alignment and the plans and specifications for the Medina Interceptor.
