A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT
PHASE ONE OF THE PARKING METER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City recognizes the need to implement phase one of the
Parking Meter Program, and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes that the implementation of a parking
meter program would increase vehicle turnover in its business districts; and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes that the implementation of a parking
program would contribute to the solving of other parking related problems; and
Program, and
WHEREAS, funds are needed in order to implement the Parking Meter
WHEREAS, funds are available m the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follow
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
authorize to make the following fund appropriation and transfer
From
Unappropriated General Fund
$ 323,000.00
To
Parking Meter Program
Phase One
$ 323,000 00
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
