A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE NATATORIUM REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT
NO. 5-5208, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to USS Cal
Builders Inc , on June 20, 2000; and
~~ WHEREAS, the project started on September 11, 2000, and was
,;~ completed on November 27, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $2,290,720.18; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on March 18, 2002
and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the
project plans ahd specifications

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Natatorium
Rehabilitation Project, No 05-5208, as being complete and in accordance with
contract documents
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
Apri 1 , 2002.
