CALL TO ORDER
The December 12, 2008, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold, and Scrivner
Absent: Carroll, Layton, and Randolph
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr extended his condolences to Councilman Rich Koon on the death
of his father this week.
Bill 2008 -109 (supplemental appropriation in Wastewater) - Mayor John Landwehr
asked for an update containing more information about the wastewater projects at the
January 5 Council Meeting. He would like to hear how the sewer projects are going which
are funded by the State Revolving Fund.

The meeting adjourned at 12:30 P.M.
