RESOLUTION NO. 2017-09-05
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXPENDITURE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF AN
EXISTING CULVERT UNDERNEATH GRAND COUNTY ROAD 72.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the expenditure of not-to-exceed
$50,000 for the replacement of a culvert underneath GCR72 at Elk Creek.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THIS
20'h DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017.
