A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR THE
INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 1511-A RELATIVE TO THE
FIVE YEAR SPEED STUDY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on the 5th day of
March, 2002, adopted Interim Ordinance No. 1511-A for the Five Year Speed Study that set the
basis of traffic speed enforcement; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to hold a public hearing on this matter within 45
days, and
WHEREAS, staff is requesting a time extension for the Ordinance m order to
complete the required public hearing notice
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Crty Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows ,
Section 1. That the Interim Ordinance No 1511-A be extended for a period of
forty five {45) days
Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon rts adoption.
