RESOLUTION NO. (<//`t
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT, ORDERING THE
IMPROVEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HUNTER DRIVE SOUTH
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 27th
day of March, 1984, fixed a date for a council hearing on the
proposed improvement of Hunter Drive, South, between the center-
line of County Road 24 and the south corporate limits of the
City of Medina, said improvement consisting of the grading, base
and asphalt surfacing of the said street.
AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing and
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the 1st day of May, 1984, at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard thereon.
AND WHEREAS, a preliminary report has been prepared by
Bonestroo and Associates with reference to the said improvement
and this report was received and considered by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
council resolution adopted day of /-T r_. , 1984.
2. Plans and specifications shall be prepared by Bonestroo
and Associates, engineer for such improvement pursuant to
council resolution, and a copy of such plans and specifi-
cations shall be filed with the city clerk.
