REALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Medina has the following balances remaining
in Year VIII Community Development Block Grant Funds:
Independence Beach Special Assessment Grants-S5,000
Private Property Rehabilitation-$6045
Medina Morningside Utility Connection Assistance-$3216
WHEREAS the balances remaining will not be used for designated
purposes, and
WHEREAS remaining Year VIII funds must be expended or reprogrammed
by June 1, 1984, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
Private Property Rehabilitation-$6045 be reallocated
to Year IX, Private Property Rehabilitation
Independence Beach Special Assessment Grants-55,000
to Year X, Hamel Sewer Line Repair
Utility Connection Assistance, $3216 to Year X, Hamel
Sewer Line Repair, for a total of $ 8,216 to Hamel Sewer Line Repair.
