CALL TO ORDER
The January 2, 2009, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Koon, Layton, Medin, Randolph, and Scrivner (arrived
at 12:08 P.M.)
Absent: Ferguson, Klindt, and Penfold
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr stated that the City Administrator and Eric Seaman will both be
making presentations Monday night regarding the issues of city projects and sewer bonds,
respectively.
2008 -110 (Change Order No. 2 for SAK Construction) - Community Development
Director Pat Sullivan explained the reason for the substitute bill distributed to the Council
was to correct an error in the amount of the change order.
2008 -117 (street name change City View to E. McCarty) - A discussion was held
regarding the time line for the issue to allow time for the legal notices. The bill will be need
to be placed on the Informal Calendar at the January 20 meeting to allow that process to
be completed, and the public hearing will occur at the February 16 meeting.
