Bernard Roskop Subdivision
WHEREAS, Bernard Roskop ("subdivider") has requested approval
of his subdivision application for property at 3082 Highway 55 in
the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create a lot of 6.76 acres
that the subdivider intends to sell for development and another
lot of 11.55 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Bernard Roskop Subdivision application to
divide the following described property:
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 4,
Township 118 North Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, lying North of the Northerly right of way
line of State Highway No. 55, EXCEPT that part of the
East 380 feet of the West 778 feet of said Government
Lot 1, lying South of the North 300 feet of said
Government Lot 1 and lying North of said Northerly
right of way line
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) That the owners of the property described above will
grant to the City a 30 foot easement for road and
utility purposes on Rolling Hills Road.
(2) That the subdivider will pay a park dedication fee in
an amount of $
(3) The subdivision will conform in all respects to plans
submitted to the City of Medina.
(4) That the subdivider combine the easterly lot of said
subdivision with the property also owned by the subdivider
and lying adjacent to the easterly lot.
