LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing by the Old King ' s Highway Regional Historic District
Commission will be held , in accordance with Chapter 474 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended) , at 1 : 30 P . M. on Tuesday, August 29 , 2017 at the West Barnstable Fire
Station Meeting Room , 2164 Meetinghouse Way (Route # 149) , West Barnstable,
Massachusetts .
The following platter will be heard and/or acted upon :
Appeal No . 2417-9 filed by Jeffery S . Eldredge seeking reversal of the Dennis Town
Committee' s decision to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a six
(6) ft , high fence located at 81 Edgemore Road, South Dennis Massachusetts . Said
property being shown on Town Map 170 as Parcel 85 -0 . The Dennis Town Committee 's
decision was made July 26 , 2017 and notice filed with the Dennis Town Clerk on July 27 ,
2017 . A copy of the Appeal Petition form was filed on Tuesday, August 1 , 2017 and is
available for public viewing at the Dennis Town. Cleric' s Office during regular business
hours .
