CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 514- /
Larry Herrboldt Subdivision
WHEREAS, LARRY HERRBOLDT ("subdivider"), has requested
approval of his subdivision application for property at 4600
Highway 12 in the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots, Lot 1,
Block 2, 2.09 acres and Lot 1, Block 1, 2.40 acres; Outlot
A of 9..50 acres and Outlot B of 0.54 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Larry Herrboldt Subdivision application
to divide the following described property:
As Per Legal Attached
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivision will conform in all respects to plans
submitted to the City of Medina.
(2) The subdivider will pay a park dedication fee of
for the two lots.
(3) Outlot B shall be used for road purposes to serve
Outlot A and also Lot 1, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2.
If it is determined by the City that Outlot B is not
needed for road purposes, it may be combined with other
property in said subdivision.
(4) The subdivider will provide the City with written
approval of the State Highway Department indicating
that access from Highway 12 to the subdivision via
Outlot B is permitted.
