The Applicant hereby requests relief under 4.06(a under Zoning Ordinance to extend the nonconforming side
yard front yard setback
Brief description of the project as it relates to the zoning relief requested —Include existing dimensions, proposed dimensions,

The existing single family structure is a 1 1/2 story Cape style dwelling. The existing northwesterly side yard setback is 8.3 feet the
front yard setback is 22 2 feet. The applicant proposes to construct a full second story and maintain the existing 8.3 foot side yard
setback and a 24.5 foot front yard setback.

The proposed change will allow the applicants who live on the property the property since 2006 to add a full second story
