RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND
THE PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR THE
HAMEL SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 17th
day of April, 1984, fixed a date for a public hearing on the pro-
posed rehabilitation of the Hamel Sewer Line in Sections 11 and 12,
Township 118, Range 23 abutting on the following streets:
Brockton Lane
Hamel Road
Hunter Drive
Comanche Trail
Hickory Drive
Co. Road 116
Mill Street
Elm Creek Drive; and
Highway 55
Sioux Drive
Pinto Drive
Kilkenny Lane
Tower Drive
Highway 101
Evergreen Road
WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of the hearing and two
(2) weekly publications of the required notice were given and the
hearing was held on the 15th day of May, 1984, at which time all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The improvement is hereby ordered as amended in the report of
Richard Foster of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Ltd.
which increased the estimated cost to $297,000.00.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Ltd. is hereby desig-
nated as the engineer for the improvement and shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of the improvement as
amended.
