CALL TO ORDER
The February 2, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, *Ferguson (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton,
Medin, Penfold, and Scrivner
Absent: Randolph
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2008 -118 (Parking on Adams Street): Councilman Ron Medin stated he will remove
this from the Informal Calendar to be voted on tonight.
Bill 2008 -119 (Food Operating Permit Fees): Councilman Rich Koon stated he will
remove this from the Informal Calendar to be voted on tonight, and Councilwoman Carrie
Carroll distributed proposed amendments to the bill which she will offer in tonight's Council
meeting.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting
Scheduled Reports: Mayor John Landwehr asked if the Council would agree to move the
JCTV quarterly report which will be given by Gloria Enloe up to Presentations from Staff,
Consultants, and Invited Guests. No objections were raised to his suggestion by anyone on
the Council.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
